This game was invented by my mom's family when she was a kid.

It started when one of her brothers asked their mom, "what's a chigger?"

Their mom (my grandmother) replied jokingly, "A chigger is one who chigs."

Somehow it evolved into a game!

To play, take turns coming up with words that end with an "er" sound, but don't really mean anything. For example, a letter is one who lets, a dagger is one who dags, and a mother is one who moths.

The words don't have to end with "er", they just have to sound like it. So you can use words like sugar (one who sugs) and author (one who auths).

When someone can't think of a word, they are out. The winner is the last one to still be able to come up with a word.

Have fun!
