
Mix together all of the ingredients. Shape in patties.Cook on greased grill, or brush with salad oil or margerine before cooking. Turn once. Cook until they are cooked through. Serve on hot toasted buns. |

Roll out thin patties of ground beef between waxed paper sheets. Make them very thin. In the middle of half of the patties, place a teaspoon of shredded cheese, and pickle relish or chopped onion. Add a dash of barbecue sauce, steak sauce or catsup. Or you can put a tablespoon of chili and kraut. Put whatever you like, but don't put too much! Cover with the other patties. Press around the edges to seal them together. Brush with melted margerine. Grill until cooked thoroughly, turning once. Serve on hot buttered buns. |
