1 - 1 1/2 tablespoons steak sauce
1 teaspoon mustard
a few drops of tabasco sauce

Pigs in Bacon
Cut a slit lengthwise in hot dogs, not quite all the way through. Spoon mustard or catsup in the slits, then fill the slits with cheese strips. Wrap each hot dog with a slice of bacon, using toothpicks at each end to hold it on.

Broil over hot coals, turning once, until the bacon is crisp. Serve in hot buttered buns.
